Organization Design

Engineering the macro and micro architecture of the enterprise to optimize control and agility.

Methodology

We treat organization design as an architectural discipline. Based on the strategic load the organization must bear, we design structures that balance centralization (for scale and efficiency) with decentralization (for agility and market responsiveness).

  • Macro-Structuring: Determining the primary organizing logic (functional, matrix, geographic, product-led).
  • Micro-Structuring: Designing specific departmental topologies, including span-of-control optimization.
  • Role Chartering: Defining the precise mandates and boundary conditions for critical roles.
